NEW CLASS – HAPPY HOUR VINYASA
Fridays at 5:30pm. Do you want to release the tension from your workweek and open up to the joy of the weekend? Join us in this hybrid Vinyasa and Yin class. Vinyasa “flow” Yoga offers a fluid, dynamic practice, blending body, mind, and breath. Enjoy the bliss of each pose and experience playful transitions from pose to pose accompanied by lighthearted music. In Yin, find the stillness to relax, restore and revive your body and mind. Prepare to sweat and soften your mind at the same time! Taught by Emiko Konomi
