This NEW CLASS will push you to your limits and keep the calorie burn going long after you leave the gym! Instructor Emily Gardner is TRX certified and Kettle Bell certified, and is all set to lead an interval training class using ropes, TRX and kettle bells, with an abs and buns blast to finish it off! THURSDAYS AT 5:30 pm. STARTS AUG 3.
