NEW CLASS – BODY H.I.I.T.!!

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING: Body H.I.I.T. is a total body conditioning class that incorporates high intensity interval training and weight training. Participants will burn fat while increasing their metabolic rate, sculpt muscles, and have FUN! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm in the Fitness Studio. Begins May 10!
