NEW CLASS – GOT CHI? HEALTH EXERCISES FROM CHINA
This class offers a guided journey through the wide world of Chinese therapeutic exercises. We start with basic stretching and loosening calisthenics and move on to energy work (Qigong) and breathing exercises. The hour concludes with calm and quiet standing meditation. All the exercises are done standing. This class is for everyone and is super drop-in friendly. It will be a dynamic and relaxing way to start your weekend! Taught by Dave Barrett. Saturdays 9:30-10:30am beginning May 7.
