NEW CLASS!! TRX SUSPENSION WORKOUT
TRX is a versatile and fun way to work out! Originally developed as part of the Navy Seal training program, the TRX has been adapted and expanded for the exercising public! This class is a whole-body workout that will develop strength, flexibility, balance and core stability all at once. You will be using gravity and body weight to complete hundreds of different exercises. Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm. Begins Dec. 7.
