Training Styles:

Resistance Training – Training focused on improving strength, power, muscle size, and definition.

Cardiovascular Training – Training focused on improving heart and lung efficiency, typically for increased stamina and endurance.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How much does training cost?
The trainers at Trainer’s Club are all independent contractors so price does vary among the trainers. On average most sessions range between $60-$90.

Do you have male and female trainers?
Yes, we have both male and female trainers who have very diverse skill sets and training styles.

Would they be able to work with me?
YES! Trainers are able to design programs for anyone. We train members and non members – young, mature, and everything in between. We also work with elite athletes and individuals dealing with disabilities and recovering from illnesses.

How often should I work with a trainer?
Depends on your individual goals. Most trainers work with clients multiple times a week or month. Results and goals are achieved faster with the assistance of a professional trainer structuring your program.

When do the trainers work with people and how do I sign up to work with a trainer?
Trainers are available during all club business hours. Appointments can be made by contacting the Fitness Director to schedule your appointment today.
