Included in your membership are more than 45 group training classes each week in our studio room. Our classes offer something for everybody at convenient times each day. We have many different types of classes including Boot Camp, Yoga, Spin, Body Sculpt, Tai Chi, Power Hour, Zumba and Pilates. View class schedule here. Our instructors are professional trainers and the classes are designed to be safe, effective, and fun. They will challenge you, encourage you, motivate you and, most importantly, get you fit! Our classes are small and friendly, never more than 15 members. Guests are very welcome to come and take classes for just $15 each.
