Nick d’Alonzo, LMT
Nick, an LMT since 2007, has extensive experience working with athletes in both a therapeutic and rehabilitative capacity. He has worked as a sports massage therapist for U.S. Olympic Fencing team qualifiers, and in his spare time he massaged Hood to Coast runners for seven years.
He can do very deep tissue work. He holds a certification in Structural Integration, which is the gradual opening and lengthening of connective tissue to allow greater range of movement. This helps the client move with elasticity and play with energy.
For recreation, Nick is a competitive fencer and a casual cyclist. He also enjoys hiking, gardening and helping his wife at her Saturday Market booth.
