Fitness has always been a passion of mine and it is my daily goal to spread that passion to each of my clients. It is my job to help my clients figure out their goals, both short- and long-term, and then see that they achieve them.
I specialize in functional training and movement, and I am creative about utilizing anything and everything at our disposal to make your workout interesting and effective. I have worked with postpartum mothers, break-dancers, competitive power lifters, and everyone in between.
Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, improved balance, sport specific, or simply just having a better bum, I can help you. Each workout will be individually designed for you to be as fun as it is intense.
I was born and raised in Alaska, where I fell in love with the outdoors. Throughout high school, I had aspirations to become a firefighter. In 2009, a car hit me while cycling and I was told my leg would never be good enough to have a job with that intensity.
In the following years I spent countless hours in the gym rehabilitating my knee. That’s when I realized that if I couldn’t put out fires, I could still help people by showing them how to lead a happier, healthier life. Despite my doctor’s prediction, my legs are stronger than ever.
I am still an avid cyclist, I run with my dog as often as I can, I hike and explore as much as I can. and I do my best to keep up with chasing my kids. It is my personal belief that we should all strive to make each day better than the last and that anything is possible when you refuse to give up.
