Kelly has been in the fitness industry for over 27 years. She spent many of those years working as a personal trainer for Gold’s Gym, Nautilus Plus, and Bally Fitness Centers. Additionally, Kelly has held the position of group fitness coordinator and was responsible for the hiring, training and managing of a professional staff of fitness instructors. She is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise as well as through Bally’s Total Fitness Excel. Kelly has also received her certification in Group Fitness and as a Yoga Instructor.
Kelly Believes that working out should be fun and rewarding. From performance athletes to special population groups (youth to seniors), she has helped a wide variety of individuals meet their fitness needs and goals. Kelly specializes in muscle development, general weight loss and injury prevention. She is known for her private and group yoga sessions.She understands the value and importance of physical fitness in improving one’s quality of life and utilizes the latest tools and equipment, enabling her clients to achieve the results they desire. Kelly believes that through proper goal setting and motivation, exercise becomes more than just an hour at the gym. An exercise lifestyle can transcend “gym time” and be the motivation towards a balanced and healthy state of mind, affecting every aspect of life.
