TRE

TRE is a simple technique that uses a set of exercises to release stress or tension from the body.

Originally developed to address the impacts of traumatic experiences on the body, TRE exercises have great benefit for all people.

Join Roxanne Thomas as she introduces us to the principles and techniques of TRE. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Girl Lying DownRoxanne is registered with the Yoga Alliance, is a certified Yin yoga instructor, a certified Yoga Warriors instructor, a TRE Level I certified trainer and a certified Street Yoga instructor. She has studied in the traditional hatha yoga manner and teaches gentle to intermediate level classes (including one at Trainer’s Club), yin and restorative as well as yoga for people healing from breast cancer.
