The Camino de Santiago:

A walking pilgrimage

Exploring intentional walking as a spiritual practice with Trainers Club member Linda Elliott who walked 400 miles across France and Spain in 2012

  • What makes walking a pilgrimage?
  • The Camino Then and Now
  • The importance of physical training
  • Lessons learned on the Camino

Linda celebrated her 62nd birthday in a hayfield in Spain with a group of international friends. A lifelong walker, Linda wanted a challenging adventure with a purpose. She found it on the Camino! Linda is an organization development consultant specializing in applications of the  Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® for individuals and groups in the throes of change.
