The process of making resolutions, a new year’s tradition, is widely known to be ineffective and damaging. What we really want is to change some of our habits, to end some habits that we feel are detrimental to our well being and to add habits that we feel are important to our well being. We know how to do this. Come join us as we wake up to what we already know and discover a process for applying it in our lives this year.
