THIRD THURSDAY WELLNESS TALK ON PILATES AT TRAINER’S CLUB 5:30 pm NOVEMBER 19

Come for an action-filled hour with Tereasa Rose and Scott Serpas of Portland Pilates Studio as they demonstrate “Practical Principles of Pilates in Everyday Life.”

Their high-energy format will include a brief introduction of Pilates founder Joe Pilates, an overview of who can benefit from Pilates (basically everyone), and demonstrations of Pilates on both floor mats and on the machines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about this alternative form of exercise. The talk is FREE and will be held in the Trainer’s Club Fitness Studio downstairs.
