Train for the Lake Run 10K

It’s time to start thinking about getting yourself into shape so you can enjoy those summer activities you love to do. Trainer’s Club wants to help get you started on getting rid of those winter fitness blues.

As many of you know there is a Lake Run every spring in May. This year it’s on May 10, only a few weeks away. It is a lot of fun and a great way to jump start your summer activities.

To help you get ready for the Lake Run, Trainer’s Club is organizing 6 weeks of personal training for a maximum of 20 people. Take a look at the information below and then sign up at the front desk.
